Can we come by to view the space?
Yes! We would love to talk with you and answer any questions you may have for your special event. Please call our events staff at 317.473.7843 to make an appointment.
How do I secure my date?
A non-refundable deposit and signed contract are required to secure your date. Personal check, credit card, or cash are all accepted. The final balance is due 14 days prior to your event date.
Can we bring our own caterer?
Yes! We have preferred vendors that we love to work with but we also offer outside catering. Outside caterers are allowed but your family and friends pitch in are not permitted. We just require the food to be provided and served from a safe source such as a catering company.
Can we bring our own beverages?
No. We require all alcohol to be purchased by West Chase Golf Club. We do not allow outside beverages or your own servers. It is against Indiana law and any violators will be asked to leave. We have a variety of bar packages available with adjustable cocktail hours. Our packages include cash bar, hosted bar, drink tickets, kegs and wine by the bottle. We also require licensed staff to work in the event.
Are we allowed to decorate?
The party may access the venue or decorate the day prior, provided no major event is scheduled. The party may come back the day after to clean up decorations if it does not conflict with another event.
Do you include rental items?
We have rental items including ceremony chairs, white or black linens, white chair covers, speaker and microphone, vases, stock decor, etc.
Photo Opportunities?
We offer the use of a golf cart or two to pick up guests in the parking lot and take them to the Pavilion. We also allow photos on the golf course grounds under the direction and consent of the golf course.
What does the ceremony include?
The wedding ceremony may be held on West Chase Golf Club’s grounds. We rent ceremony chairs for your guests. The ceremony may be held in the banquet facility, near the banquet facility, or on the deck of the pavilion overlooking the Lakeview.
What if it rains and my ceremony is outside?
If your event is less than 200 people, the floorpan can be rearranged to accommodate an indoor ceremony or we can rent tents to accommodate an outside ceremony.
Is there a wedding ceremony rehearsal included?
Yes. A 1 hour time slot can be scheduled 2 weeks prior to your event based on availability.
Is there a space for the bride and groom to get ready in?
Yes, we have a lovely 1,800 sq. ft. Bridal Site that can be used for getting ready. There are three sofas, a table and chairs, a makeup and hair station with plenty of lighting for beautiful pictures. There is also a deck attached to the suite that overlooks the golf course grounds with stairs leading down to the banquet center for a first look photos. We also have the Men’s Locker Room for the men.
Guest Accommodations?
We have arrangements with a local hotel for a significant discount for rooms for anyone attending an event with out of town guests.
Wheelchair Accessible?
Yes, our golf course is wheelchair accessible and we also offer golf cart transportation if needed.
Parking?
We have a large parking lot on site with plenty of parking for any event.
